First Light is the shortest journey on our map, and the one that opens most reliably. Jhalana is open year-round, and four nights in one city — wildlife in the morning, heritage in the afternoon — is often enough.
We designed this for travellers with a narrow window: a long weekend extended, a pre- or post-trip add-on, or a first visit that wants one considered destination instead of a whole arc. Leopards at dawn, a quieter fort or a craft quarter by mid-morning, and a second drive as the light goes soft.

Jhalana Leopard Reserve / Jaipur
Dawn drive in Jhalana. Back for a slow breakfast. A considered city visit in the middle of the day — a quieter fort, or a block-printer's workshop. Afternoon drive as the light softens.
Jhalana / Amagarh / Jaipur
A second dawn drive, weighted toward Amagarh if Jhalana is busy. Mid-day with a craftsperson — ceramics, blue pottery, or a textile studio — by arrangement. Afternoon drive.
Jhalana Leopard Reserve
A final dawn drive — often the productive one, now that the naturalist has three days' read on the reserve. Long afternoon, dinner under the stars if weather holds.
Jaipur → Onward
Fifteen minutes to the airport, or onward by private vehicle to the next leg. Quick departures are one of the reasons this journey works.
Jaipur Ranthambore Jawai
The longer version. Jhalana as an opening leg, tiger country in the middle, and the granite hills of Jawai as a close.
